Jetblue 25 Segment 2
Posts from this Trip Report:
Below is the full itinerary for the second segment. This was where I started building out more complicated layovers or one-stop itineraries:
| Date | Route | Flight Time |
|---|---|---|
| SEP21 | SAN - BOS - PHL | 08:55PM - 09:22PM |
| OCT07 | JFK - DCA - MCO | 05:59PM - 10:32PM |
| OCT09 | MCO - ISP | 01:35PM - 04:21PM |
| OCT09 | JFK - BUF | 08:22PM - 10:00PM |
| OCT11 | BUF - JFK - ATL | 03:55PM - 11:09PM |
Here I was playing with fire a little bit. There are certainly better routes to get from SAN-PHL or BUF-ATL. Heck, Jetblue even has a nonstop JFK-MCO (which the website was trying really hard to get me to book). But in the name of catching all the Pokemon destinations, I forced them in and paid a bit of a premium for them.
The JFK-DCA-MCO flights were by far the most expensive - over 10k points in total. The nonstop was just around 7k, so adding a stop made it ~43% more expensive...
I know. I'm a little crazy for that.

This segment I got to watch a friend's show,

get upgraded to a ridiculous suite,

touch Niagara falls,

enter Canada,

and force myself to walk through most concourses at ATL (I was waiting for a checked bag, so decided to get some steps in).
